We always answer our mail (sorry, no bills - this includes Bill Clinton and Bill Gates).

Actually, we try to answer all our mail (even the menacing ones), but, sometimes, there are loses (wrong addresses or accumulation of work). If we don't answer yours, please insist: We do prefer having a dozen messages on the same subject that losing a friend (or an enemy).

En realidad, intentamos responder a todos los e-mails (incluso los amenazantes), pero, en ocasiones, se producen pérdidas (por direcciones incorrectas o por acumulación de trabajo). Si no contestamos al tuyo, insiste, por favor: Preferimos recibir una docena de mensajes sobre un mismo tema, que perder a un amigo (o enemigo).
